I joined Trusona during a pivot. The company moved from passwordless authentication to something more pressing: stopping identity impersonation and deepfakes at help desks, in customer service, and during hiring. My role moved with it. I'm interested in the seams between functions — the places where customer success becomes marketing becomes product feedback becomes a sales-ops fix.
Outside the work, I have the kind of curiosity that wanders. A chart that's wrong, a phrase doing too much work in the culture, a small detail that turns out to be the whole point. Some of it I follow. Most of it I don't.
